Crocker - Go Fish

Crocker - Go Fish

Crocker Museum "Go Fish" event on May 10, 2012

The Crocker Museum has devoted two of its exhibits to 'fishing'. When I went to the museum to hand deliver my new album, "The Fisherman", the management had already listened to my music on the Internet. They approached me with an offer to perform as a solo artist at this unparalleled gathering. I was happy to comply.

While at the museum, the management allowed me to see the specific exhibits that they will promote for the "Go Fish" event, and I'll tell you what! They are incredible. I won't go into detail at this point, but there are paintings by some great artists. Very impressive, and all dealing with 'fishing'.

They are expecting a lot of folks, and of course, they will be fishing people for the most part. It is going to be a real party with an open bar, food, and me playing my music. They expect between 600 to 900 people in their open courtyard. It is going to be a special gig for me so I'm going to personalize some of my 'fishing songs' for those attending.

I do hope to see you there and look forward to telling you stories about ....the big one that got away!
